This new tool from Microsoft – SharePoint Syntex – allows you to automate the analysis and data extraction of your documents. Through Artificial Intelligence tools, it is possible to train models with samples of documents of the same type, to analyze identical documents that are provided to the tool and this recognition of the previous mapped fields, fields that are important for the user to maintain greater control, eg Invoice Date, Total Amount, among others.
With the use of this, you can have greater control of the information contained in several documents and keep that information all in one place, as well as the combination of this with other Microsoft tools, such as a PowerApp that allows the automation of the sending of documents to the tool when they receive these in their e-mail, and they can also use the PowerBI tool to graphically visualize the data and perform an analytical management of it.
