About the role

The driving force of managing real estate assets is to build a complete 360 digital identity of each asset and provide the users with the intelligence to make decisions on the liquidity, value and portfolio segmentation to maximise the revenue from their assets.

DevOps / Cloud Engineer is a hybrid role that looks at supporting the product engineering team and the rest of the business from an enterprise cloud governance.
 

Essential skills & experience

• Minimum 3-4 years of professional work experience as a DevOps Engineer on a Cloud Platform or as a Cloud Engineer
• Working knowledge of GoLang or Python
• Experience in designing systems for automating application deployment, scaling, and management
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL
• Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or other Cloud platforms
• Working knowledge of container orchestration Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in CI/CD implementations for Micro Services and Front-End
• Good knowledge of security best practices
• Good knowledge of data governance
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar
• Experience of Jira or other issue tracking software
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
• Good communications skills

Desirable

• Previous experience of Google Maps API
• Previous experience in real estate/asset and property management platforms

Interview Process

• 1st round: 30 minute video call (motivation, cultural fit and info for them)
• 2nd round: timed technical test
