About the role

The driving force of managing real estate assets is to build a complete 360 digital identity of each asset and provide the users with the intelligence to make decisions on the liquidity, value and portfolio segmentation to maximise the revenue from their assets.

Senior Data Engineers responsibilities will include architecting, implementing and monitoring data pipes, data wrangling to transform raw data (from various data acquisition methods including web scraping) into Resolute Data Services. Ideally, your experience is using Cloud technology specifically GCP. If you have any knowledge of GoLang that is a bonus as this is our choice of Back-End language.
 

Essential skills & experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional work experience as a Data Engineer on a Cloud Platform (GCP preferred)
• Proficient in Python
• Experience in and implementing efficient and secure procedures for data management and analysis with attention to all technical aspects
• Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
• Proficiency with traditional database SQL technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
• Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources
• Analytical and problem-solving skills applied to Big Data domain
• Proficiency with ETL technologies, such as Apache Beam (preferred), Data Fusion or Data Flow

Desirable

•     Previous experience of Google Maps API
•     Previous experience in real estate/asset and property management platforms
•     Previous experience of Jira or other issue tracking software
